1. Delivery Areas & Availability

  • We offer delivery services to Stockbridge, Riverdale, and surrounding metro Atlanta areas.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [Insert Cut-off Time].

  • Delivery is available Monday – Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM.

  • A 24-hour concierge service is available for urgent and special deliveries.

2. Delivery Fees & Charges

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply for rush orders or deliveries outside our standard service areas.

  • We offer free in-store pickup at both locations.

3. Same-Day & Special Delivery Requests

  • Same-day orders must be placed before our cut-off time for guaranteed delivery.

  • For urgent or after-hours requests, please contact us directly at 404-896-6195.

  • Special delivery accommodations (e.g., surprise deliveries, hospital deliveries) must be noted at checkout.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our team will deliver your order to the address provided during checkout.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

    • Leave the flowers with a receptionist, front desk, or neighbor (if permitted).

    • Place the arrangement in a secure location and notify the recipient.

    • Attempt a redelivery (additional fees may apply).

5. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure the correct shipping details are provided at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is given, additional fees may apply for redelivery.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

6. Weather & Unforeseen Delays

  • In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be delayed.

  • Customers will be notified of any delays and offered the option to reschedule or pick up their order.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email or text when their order has been delivered.

  • If there are any concerns with the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours.
