  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

2. Order Issues & Quality Concerns

If you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality concerns, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Provide a clear photo of the arrangement to support@lakespiveyflowershop.com.

  • Our team will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • Flowers arrive damaged due to handling or transit.

  • The wrong item or significant substitutions were made without prior notice.

  • Non-perishable items (e.g., vases, gift baskets) are defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Recipient is unavailable, and the flowers are left in a safe location.

  • Orders that have been properly delivered but do not meet personal expectations.

  • Delayed deliveries due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

  • Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Event and wedding floral orders require a 7-day cancellation notice for a partial refund.
